I'm Dr. Fallon L. Daniels, an experienced K-12 school and district leader, as well as the proud owner of Breaking Ground LLC. With over a decade of dedicated service in executive, district, and school-based leadership roles, I've honed my skills in coaching and fostering student-centered approaches. My expertise extends to continuous improvement, curriculum development, and assessment design, all with a strong focus on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.

Throughout my career, I've been recognized for my contributions to the field, including receiving the Magnet Schools of America Award in January 2014 and the Distinguished NAF Academy Award from the National Academy Foundation in January 2013. I'm an active member of professional organizations such as the American Association of School Administrators (AASA) and the American Educational Research Association (AERA), where I continue to engage with fellow educators and researchers to stay at the forefront of educational practices.
