Breaking Ground LLC builds connections with other professionals who are leading Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) locally and nationally.

Breaking Ground LLC coaches professionals and organizational leaders on best practices for achieving diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). We also assist in developing individual's professional portfolios and academic development.

DEIB Sustainability

Breaking Ground LLC works with professionals to understand and learn from the past and explore "vitality" in the present to achieve a socially just world.
